Assistant Store Manager - Alltown at Global Partners LP

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) assists the General Manager in managing day‑to‑day operations of the store while adhering to Global Partners' policies and procedures. This role supports a high‑performance retail environment within the Global Partners network of energy and convenience stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily accounting paperwork and submit by deadline.
• Supervise, train, and discipline non‑exempt (hourly) employees, holding them accountable for operational standards.
• Monitor shift cash handling and inventory; assist in investigations of shortages/overages and inventory variances.
• Maintain business records, review cashier accountability sheets, and manage records assigned by the General Manager and/or Territory Manager.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties in alignment with Global Partners cash‑control policies.
• Manage cash‑management procedures, including bank deposits and change orders.
• Ensure store meets Grand Opening Ready Standards and overall store image standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure store security and safety, complying with all safety and environmental guidelines.
• Coordinate gasoline deliveries and maintain adequate fuel levels.
• Engage in company promotional initiatives and maintain a high level of guest service.
• Perform duties as required by company policies, the Company Handbook, and any other assignments from leadership.

Pay Range

$18.65 - $21.65 per hour. The starting rate is determined by experience, skills, and geographic location; the company reserves the right to adjust base salary at any time.
