Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop action plans for business growth.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational expertise to maximize sales.
  • Engage with customers to foster relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
  • Assist in developing team members committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Manage assigned responsibilities and be accountable for results.
  • Support store standards for merchandising and operations.
  • Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas to drive performance.
  • Remain composed under challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Perform POS transactions and manage store functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Uphold company values including respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume apparel business (preferred).
  • Proven success in exceeding sales and performance metrics.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other store locations if needed.
