Job summary

The Salvation Army ARC-Charlotte Store in Charlotte, NC seeks a Full Time Regular Store Associate to support daily store and warehouse operations. You will help supervise staff, maintain displays, assist customers, and help ensure cash handling security and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and retail experience. This role involves occasional coverage of Store Manager duties when needed and offers hourly pay around $19 with full-time hours in a store setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred and experience working in a retail store preferred or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
