Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Full Time Regular Store position in Kannapolis, NC. The role pays $19.00 per hour and involves assisting in supervising the store and warehouse, ensuring policy compliance and device security, and maintaining attractive displays.

The incumbent will help customers locate items, explain store policies, and support staff in routine tasks. When needed, the employee may assume Store Manager responsibilities to cover leadership gaps.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; retail store experience preferred or equivalent combination.
