Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the apparel departments.
- Apparel flows.
- Set program execution.
- Maintain men’s and kid’s shoe departments fitting room/SSFR controls scheduling.
- People works maintenance.
- Sales/freight forecasting.
- Schedule accuracy.
- New hire onboarding & training.
- Appropriate screening of associates to match labor demand.
- Only assign training for one specific area to create experts.
- Monthly aisle program.
- Work with SRL and stock team to ensure 4-ways and features are full and telling a story.
- Mos and re-wraps mod behaviors and routine.
- Manage all operational processes.
- Achieve all measurables.
- Deliver all controllable expenses (payroll/ cash control/ supplies).
- Achieve shrink goal.
- Maintain staffing & succession plan at all levels.
- Previous assistant store manager experience required.
