Job Description: The Assistant Store Manager leads daily store operations, manages a team to grow customer relationships, and makes decisions independently on the teller line or platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team to meet performance goals and deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Providing day-to-day leadership and work direction
  • Overseeing complex sales and advice activities
  • Applying financial knowledge and product understanding to deliver personalized advice
  • Driving advice capabilities through coaching and team development
  • Handling high-risk issues and ensuring compliance
  • Engaging in community events and promoting the TD brand

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years customer service or sales experience
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of banking products and services preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Notary license (preferred)
  • Active NMLS registration required

Customer and Shareholder Accountabilities: Focus on delivering excellent customer service, growing business, ensuring operational compliance, and leading a high-performing team.

Physical Requirements: Includes frequent sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting under 25 lbs.
