Job Description

Essential Duties:

  • Serve and educate customers on our product portfolio, presenting all options that meet their needs.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations (DDO), or corporate office.
  • Answer inquiries via telephone regarding questions, applications, or requests.
  • Conduct outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations and store expectations.
  • Respond professionally to customer concerns, explaining solutions and ensuring they feel valued.
  • Handle cash and manage cash drawers, deposits, and related cash handling tasks.
  • Balance receipts and resolve discrepancies at the end of each day.
  • Verify customer information and process transactions accurately, including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend services.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, company policies, and complete required trainings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Preferred: 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Reliable personal transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.

Physical Demands:
  • Work in retail/office environment with extensive cash handling.
  • Extended periods of standing and computer use.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with accommodations.
Travel / Attendance:
  • Travel within district using personal vehicle, possibly overnight.
  • Work scheduled shifts as assigned.
