Summary

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily store operations, build, train, and develop a team to deliver a consistent guest experience.
  2. Foster a guest-focused culture emphasizing "Convenience You Can Trust".
  3. Serve as a role model with high energy and friendliness to team members and guests.
  4. Create an organized, process-oriented environment.
  5. Communicate company objectives clearly to ensure team understanding of strategies.
  6. Set expectations and monitor results.
  7. Focus on execution and system culture within the store.
  8. Optimize results through efficient expense management and planning.
  9. Assist in monitoring financials and sales to understand business performance.
  10. Support forecasting and analysis of business trends, including payroll, loss prevention, and expenses to maximize store profitability.
Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills, able to simplify complex issues.

  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Availability to be on call 24/7.
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience in a similar environment.
Physical Demands
