Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in building a team that delivers results through providing an amazing customer experience. You will share responsibility for executing all store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. You will create a positive environment that develops and engages your managers, associates, and customers every day. You love being part of a winning team and bring energy to work daily.

Reporting Line

The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans for results and growth.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.

  • Develop team members committed to creating a great customer experience.
  • Oversee assigned responsibilities and be accountable for results.
  • Support store standards for merchandising and operations.
  • Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas for growth.
  • Remain composed during challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Perform POS transactions and manage functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Model company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Occasional travel to other store locations if needed.
