As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in building a team that delivers results through providing an amazing customer experience. You will share responsibility for executing all store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans for results and growth.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
- Develop team members committed to creating a great customer experience.
- Oversee assigned responsibilities and be accountable for results.
- Support store standards for merchandising and operations.
- Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas for growth.
- Remain composed during challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
- Perform POS transactions and manage functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Model company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Occasional travel to other store locations if needed.
