Job summary

AT&T in West Covina seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a team of retail sales consultants and drive sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches and promotional events, including off-site activities. A strong emphasis on leadership, coaching, and performance is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
