Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in California to help oversee daily store operations and lead a team of retail sales consultants. You will partner with the store manager to execute merchandising and product launches while driving sales objectives and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will also conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events, and gain leadership experience through best-in-class paid training.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $53,200.00 - $79,800.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
