Salary Range: $17/hour-$20.00/hour

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager who will help shape Adore Me’s retail footprint. The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager in leading store sales and operations, training, and customer service initiatives.

What will you do?

1. Assist the Store Manager in hiring and onboarding store staff.
2. Contribute to the overall vision and sales objectives of the store.
3. Manage employee schedules and ensure attendance and punctuality policies are upheld.
4. Support a team environment by working with the Store Manager to motivate and develop the team.
5. Provide consistent coaching on sales, product, and client training to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
6. Pragmatically solve problems on the go and adapt quickly.
7. Participate in developing and executing best practices.
8. Contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented, where feedback is encouraged.
