Job summary

AT&T in Wisconsin (Wauwatosa) seeks an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, lead a team of sales consultants, and drive exceptional customer experience across our products and services. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and achieving sales goals, while coordinating outreach and promotions on-site and off-site.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job description

With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities, you’ll help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services, entertainment and technology. Our Assistant Store Manager's earn between $47,500-$71,300+ $18,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
