Job summary

NAPA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Waterloo to lead a fast-paced retail team and support the store manager in delivering exceptional customer care. You’ll drive sales, coach staff, and ensure smooth store operations to achieve growth and profitability.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage inventory and safety, and implement NAPA programs while promoting a culture of engagement and high performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in automotive after-market service or enthusiasm to learn automotive.
• Strong customer care and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced team and manage store operations.
