Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, develop a high-energy team, and consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll oversee inventory, POS and pricing, coordinate with the Store Manager, and stay current on product launches to drive sales and brand loyalty. This on-site role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-growing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of retail experience with preference for candidates with store leadership roles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record inspiring teams while driving performance and results.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our CHARM service model.
• Support daily retail operations including customer service and POS management.
• Assist with stock room management, pricing, markdowns, and loyalty promotions.
• Coordinate tasks with Store Manager to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and collaborations.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory controls.

Overview

What You ll Do

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc
• Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards
• Oversee store-wide operations, in partnership with Store Manager, by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with Crocs
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives
• Models best practices and partners with Store Management to drive sales performance, leveraging proven techniques to improve individual KPIs and inspire team success

What You ll Bring to the Table

• Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor

• Ability to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens as well as input information into computer

Title:Assistant Store Manager

Salary or Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.50

The posted pay range reflects geographic market conditions and may vary by location. Compensation will always meet or exceed applicable local minimum wage requirements.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
