Job description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help run the store while supporting the achievement of top sales and profit performance.

You will report to the Store Manager and work on-site in Balch Springs, TX (Shepherd Lane) PPC store.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain service standards while engaging associates through training, mentoring, motivating, and resolving issues.
2. Understand our business, products, and customer base.
3. Develop sales growth strategies and work towards achieving sales targets.
4. Ensure the store's exterior and interior, including merchandising displays, are maintained to standards.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years retail experience with a High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience with paint and sundries is desirable.
3. Ability to work flexible shifts and hours.
4. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds routinely.
5. Valid driver's license, pass a hair drug/toxins test, and a background check.
