Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Sioux Falls. You will partner with the store manager to drive sales, manage a team, and ensure customers receive top-tier service and experiences with our products and services.

The role includes coaching a team of retail sales consultants, coordinating merchandising, and supporting product launches and promotions to achieve store goals. A strong leadership and sales background is essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $42,800.00 - $64,200.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
