• Act as a direct support to the Store Manager—executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others to do the same.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.

• Lead with integrity and a willingness to take accountability.
• Support continuous education and participate in company-driven training initiatives.
• Maintain store standards including regular maintenance, loss prevention, timely processing of receipts, and proper product pricing.
• Perform additional duties as required.
