Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in executing store operations with excellence.
  • Lead by example, building customer loyalty through personalized interactions and sales.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals, supporting team efforts.
  • Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
  • Build community relationships to grow sales.
  • Lead with integrity and accountability.
  • Support ongoing education and training initiatives.
  • Maintain store standards, manage loss prevention, process receipts, and ensure product availability and pricing.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
