Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of Health Enthusiasts® and guide customers toward lifelong wellness in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, recruit and develop staff, and foster community relationships while upholding training and loss prevention standards. This role requires leadership and flexibility for a schedule that includes holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; basic retail knowledge preferred.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends as needed by business.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 3-5 years of retail experience; retail management experience preferred.

Qualifications

What we are looking for...

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
• The desire to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs
• Valid driver’s license
• 3-5 years of retail experience
• Retail management experience preferred

Compensation

The wage for this position is based on many factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience and other organizational needs.

The estimated range is $19.75 - $21.50 per hour.
