Job summary

Aéropostale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help lead a team, maintain store standards, and ensure smooth operations to foster a winning environment.

You will report to the Store Manager and contribute to developing staff, optimizing product knowledge, and executing store initiatives with urgency and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Co/Assistant Manager role in apparel or similar retail environment expected.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and KPI targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other stores if needed.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).
