Job summary

Store Space Self Storage is seeking a driven Floating Assistant Store Manager to lead operations in our Philly Market, beginning at an hourly rate of $18.50. You will be organized, customer-focused, and ready to drive sales and exceptional service across locations.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll increase rentals, respond to inquiries, handle cash deposits, and uphold company standards. We offer comprehensive benefits, work-life balance support, wellness perks, and clear paths for growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or site management.
• 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling).
• Proficient with computers and learning new applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to travel between multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Cash handling, reporting, and daily deposits.
• Maintain company standards and adhere to policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Increasing sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

• 2+ years of customer service experience (i.e., retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management).
• 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling) experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods.
• Able to operate POS and other typical office machines.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.
