About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our store and help lead our team to success. In this role, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive performance, elevate the customer experience, and foster a collaborative and high-energy environment. Responsibilities include:
    Creating best in class luxury experience for customers and supporting any customer escalations
    Achieving and supporting your team in achieving sales goals , conversion expectations, circularity, KPI’s and all service responsibilities
    Supporting the sales floor coverage and any other call to action customer service duties that may arise
    Helping to create local store schedule, ensuring appropriate coverage
    Coaching and training clienteling and outreach responsibilities to drive revenue for the local store
    Ensuring operational excellence: Duties to include the processing of goods for Authentication, Procurement, Visual Display, Returns, Order Pick Ups and Selling. Opening and closing the store, balancing the cash register
What We’re Looking For
    Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, working in a fast paced retail or customer service environment
    Excellent client service and communication skills
    Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business
    Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products.
    Working with luxury handbags, accessories or fine jewelry and watches
    Salesforce experience preferred
    Bi Lingual preferred

Pay Rate
This position begins at $19.50/HR - $/25.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's retail Philadelphia, PA location + UNCAPPED COMMISSION on all sales
