Job summary

Store Space Self Storage is seeking a Floating Assistant Store Manager to lead operations across our Philly market. Starting at an hourly rate of $18.50, you will drive sales, manage facilities, and ensure top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be organized, customer-focused, and capable of working across multiple locations with reliability and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, front desk, site management).
• 1+ year of customer-centered sales and collections experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods.
• Able to operate POS and other typical office machines.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Increasing sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling.
• Facility management: clean bathrooms, hallways, lobby, etc.
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries.
• Cash handling, reporting, and daily deposits.
• Maintaining company standards and adhering to policies.
