Curaleaf is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to support the Store Manager in developing, leading, and motivating a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet financial targets. You will act as Manager on Duty, educating guests on products and representing Curaleaf as a brand ambassador.
The role requires 1+ year retail supervisory experience, strong sales and cash-handling skills, and flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in developing, leading, and motivating a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience that supports building brand loyalty and achieving financial targets. You will operate as the Manager on Duty as assigned by Store Management and represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador by providing top‑notch customer service and educating guests on our products.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, use hands and fingers to feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, and lift up to 50 pounds. This position requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).

$55,000 - $61,000 USD
