Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday


Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager at our Malmstrom AFB Base Supply Center who's ready to lead with heart, hustle, and humor.



What You'll Do

  • Source and quote products to meet customer needs.

  • Supervise and support staff on the sales floor.

  • Manage inventory, restocks, and back orders.

  • Assist with training and daily store operations.

  • Help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.



A Day in the Life

You'll start your day by reviewing open orders and checking in with your team. Throughout the day, you'll be on the floor-answering customer questions, helping staff troubleshoot issues, and making sure inventory is accurate and the shelves are stocked. You'll jump in to help with deliveries or quotes when needed, and you'll end the day knowing your work helped support both your team and our mission.
