General Function / Summary:

Job Description

Essential Duties:

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio, presenting all options that meet their needs.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations (DDO), or corporate office.
• Respond to inquiries via telephone and perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations and store policies.
• Handle cash and perform banking duties, including managing cash drawers and deposits.
• Balance daily transactions, resolve discrepancies, and process transactions accurately.
• Verify customer information and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Ability to live and embrace core values of accountability, inclusiveness, transparency, and focus.

Physical Demands:

• Work in retail/office environment with extensive cash handling and prolonged computer use.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Travel / Attendance:

• Travel within district using personal vehicle, possibly overnight.
• Work scheduled shifts as assigned.
