As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in managing store operations, achieving performance and financial goals, and planning for growth. We seek someone proud of being a great merchant, a passionate leader, and committed to exceptional customer experiences.

Impact you will make:

• Assist with store operations, customer service, and team management
• Unloading and organizing merchandise
• Ensure merchandising standards are met
• Support sales and minimize shrink through reporting
• Manage store in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of grocery or retail management experience (grocery retail experience preferred)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Flexible, full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Successful pre-employment checks including drug and background screening
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
