Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Medford, Oregon. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, customer service, communication, and store management on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Support and guide team members during shifts, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  2. Operational Oversight: Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  3. Customer Engagement: Ensure every customer receives exceptional service, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  4. Quality Control: Monitor product preparation and presentation to maintain Crumbl's quality standards.
  5. Training & Development: Help train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff to promote growth and efficiency.
