Assistant Manager at Andy’s Frozen Custard

Assistant Managers at Andy’s oversee all aspects of the store’s operations and ensure that the facility is clean and well-maintained. They lead by example to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while providing high-quality custard and exceptional service. Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in a related industry.
• This is an extremely hands-on position; must be able to physically work all shifts up front caring for guests and staff. (This is not an office job!)
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.
• Ability to lead by example and uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach and give feedback to help team growth.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid employment history with positive references.

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing and walking.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds safely.
• Occasional climbing ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
• Frequent use of computer, POS, and fountain equipment.
• Repetitive wrist and spine movements.
• Constant reaching, turning, and performing precise work around the fountain area.
• Constant talking and communicating.
• Good vision at near and far distances.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
