Position Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist in daily store operations, maintain inventories, and ensure the store's appearance. You will support the Store Manager and may assume management responsibilities in their absence.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, resolving inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates on company practices.
• Assist with unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and transferring items from stockroom to sales floor.
• Support ordering, record keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Participate in loss prevention efforts.
• Perform management duties in the Store Manager's absence.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to interpret operational directives.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, with occasional lifting up to 55 lbs, and perform physical activities such as walking, standing, stooping, and climbing.
• Flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Skills include customer focus, organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
