Movado Group, Inc. invites an Assistant Store Manager to Las Vegas North Premium Outlet to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and lead the team with a focus on customer service and brand standards.

The role requires strong retail management experience, excellent communication, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings. Employees receive an discount, time off and a benefits package as part of the compensation.

Competenze

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, cosmetics, specialty and/or luxury retail preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Open availability and flexibility to work weekends/evenings.

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
• Open and close store.
• Coach and train store personnel to help them achieve sales goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach staff for peak performance.
• Capture CRM data and manage inventory, revenue, merchandising, and loss prevention per policy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure staff do the same.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional store environment.
• Monitor merchandise for display and ticketing accuracy.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for effectively assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of operations, driving sales, customer service, management and training of the staff, etc. The Assistant Store Manager acts as the Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager.Roles and Responsibilities:Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager and develop a complete knowledge of the merchandiseOpen and close storeAchieve financial objectives for the storeCoach and train store personnel to help them achieve their personal sales goalsRecruit, hire, train, and coach store employees to ensure peak performance of the store as well as employeesEnsure that the capture of CRM data, management of inventory, management of revenue, merchandising and loss prevention programs are implemented in accordance with company policyProvide exceptional customer service and ensure that all employees within the store also provide exceptional customer serviceMaintain the stability, security and reputation of the store by complying with corporate, legal and security requirements.Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environmentMonitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness of the product, accurate ticketing and proper displayService watches which includes sizing and battery changes as neededJob Requirements:The ideal candidate has strong selling skills and at least 3 years of retail management experience.Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, cosmetics, specialty and/or luxury retail strongly preferred.Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.Must be organized and detail oriented.Must have intermediate computer skills, including MS Office (Word/ Excel).Must have open availability and flexibility to work according to needs of the business and to ensure store objectives are met (Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings).Benefits:Our employees enjoy a competitive compensation, employee discount, time off and benefit package.
