Position: Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will provide exceptional service to customers and assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including inventory management, store appearance, and paperwork.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers positively, resolving inquiries and concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store and providing excellent customer service.
• Supervising, training, and developing Store Associates under the Store Manager's guidance.
• Unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and transferring items from stockroom to store.
• Assisting in ordering merchandise, record-keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Supporting loss prevention efforts.
• Taking on management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Following all company policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to interpret operational directives.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, and up to 55 lbs occasionally, with physical activities like walking, standing, stooping, etc.
• Flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Skills: Customer focus, potential development, results-driven, organizational and communication skills, problem-solving, and relationship management.
