The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking engaged, energetic Assistant Store Managers to help lead a team of high-performing Health Enthusiasts (that’s how we refer to our team members).

Responsibilities

At The Vitamin Shoppe, you will…

  • Support the Store Manager by executing store operations with excellence.
  • Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting your team to do the same.
  • Assist in recruiting and developing top talent.
  • Foster external community relationships to help grow sales.
  • Lead with integrity and take accountability for your actions.
  • Promote an environment of continuous education by supporting company training initiatives and participating in learning activities.
  • Ensure regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, process receipts promptly, keep shelves stocked, and ensure products are priced correctly.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends, based on business needs.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 3-5 years of retail experience; management experience preferred.
