Job summary

Jiffy Lube, part of Stonebriar Automotive Services, is seeking a Store Manager in Semmes, Alabama. You will lead store operations, coach teammates, ensure safety, and drive guest service and financial performance.

The successful candidate will have hands-on leadership and training responsibilities; a valid driver’s license is required. Prior vehicle maintenance or management experience in a physical environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle maintenance or retail service leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage store operations and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on overall leadership for the store.

The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For

Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred, but not required. If you have a stable work history in a physical environment with management experience, we can train you. A current and valid driver's license is required.
