XL Parts / The Parts House in Humble, TX seeks an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily shipping, receiving and customer service while ensuring orders are assembled and delivered within a tight 45-minute window. You will manage inventory, schedule drivers and maintain a safe, clean store and warehouse.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–2 years in retail, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for expediting shipments of parts sent and returned from or to XL Parts/The Parts House distribution center(s).

Environmental/Occupational Health and Physical Requirements

Typical 9-hour day to include reaching, standing, walking, kneeling, lifting and carrying. To perform the duties of this job the employee must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The heavy lifting of 50lbs or more may be required.
