Shoe Carnival, Inc. in Harvey, LA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and guide the team.

In this full-time role, you’ll act as a key holder, lead by example, and help drive a customer-first, high-energy shopping environment. You will support the General Manager in meeting sales goals, supervise associates, and ensure excellent service while maintaining store standards, inventory integrity, and loss prevention procedures.

• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old due to keyholder responsibilities.
