Total Wine & More in Glendale, WI seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help drive sales, lead a customer-focused team, and ensure smooth store operations. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff while building product knowledge and delivering exceptional service.

You will support payroll, inventory, merchandising, and compliance with alcohol regulations, while fostering a welcoming store atmosphere and resolving customer issues. Must be 21+ with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in retail with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

About the roleAs an Assistant Store Manager, you will grow the company brand by delivering best-in-class service and bringing to life a distinctive world of adult beverages and more for our customers. You will support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to expand our customer base and maximize profitability.
