Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven management experience in food service or a related industry
• Ability to work physically in all shifts, engaging directly with guests and staff
• Friendly, enthusiastic, energetic personality
• Leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development
• Reliable transportation
• Full-time availability, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Solid employment history with positive references

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting up to 55 pounds
• Climbing ladders, stairs, ramps as needed
• Frequent use of computers and POS systems
• Repetitive wrist and spine movements
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
