Job summary

Jiffy Lube in Augusta, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will drive sales, oversee staffing, inventory, and service quality while stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

The ideal candidate has previous leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Our Jiffy Lube Assistant Store Managers play a critical role in driving daily operations, developing team members, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll work alongside your team, support store performance, and help build a strong, accountable, and high‑performing culture. • Frequent movement including bending, lifting, and working with tools and equipment
