Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Manager, performing all necessary functions for successful store operation.
• Executes merchandising plans, manages inventory, and oversees physical inventory processes.
• Drives engagement through customer interaction, training, and daily team huddles.
• Reviews schedules, manages work assignments, and ensures compliance with labor laws.
• Oversees receiving, merchandising, and product quality, ensuring safety and sanitation standards.
• Implements training programs, develops staff, and manages performance.
• Performs store walks to identify opportunities and provide feedback.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directs department managers and oversees store operations in the manager's absence.

Qualification Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years retail experience; business degree preferred.

Rate Of Pay And Benefits

Starting at $65k up to $75k annually, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
