Role Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with your Store Manager to support store team members in achieving sales performance expectations through active coaching, team development, and operational excellence when acting as the manager on duty. This includes assisting in recruiting, hiring, and training the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  4. Communicate priorities and sales initiatives effectively.
  5. Assist in recruiting and fostering an inclusive environment.
Performance Management:
  1. Support achievement of store business plans.
  2. Develop and follow up on sales and performance strategies.
  3. Use data to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
  4. Participate in outreach and communicate leads.
  5. Identify and address performance issues.
Operational Excellence:
  1. Ensure proper staffing and scheduling.
  2. Assist in staff training on operational functions.
  3. Stay informed on company policies and initiatives.
  4. Support the implementation of store programs.
Workplace Culture:
  1. Contribute to an engaged and inclusive environment.
  2. Support learning and development initiatives.
  3. Provide motivational leadership.
  4. Assist in external talent recruitment.
  5. Conduct regular team meetings.
Customer Experience:
  1. Train staff on customer service standards.

Physical Requirements:
