The Good Feet Store is a specialty retail store committed to health, wellness, and quality of life improvement by selling custom-fit Arch Support systems and other products tailored to individual needs. Our Assistant Store Managers are fully trained Certified Arch Support Specialists (training and certification provided). They play a key role in assessing client needs, educating on benefits, recommending products, and leading a team to do the same.

Responsibilities

  • Train and develop your team to meet store goals through mentorship.
  • Ensure a rewarding customer experience every day.
  • Use data and metrics to drive sales and improve performance.
  • Educate and assist customers in finding the right products.
  • Manage store operations including inventory and client scheduling.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1+ years in sales and increasing business, meeting targets.
  • At least 1+ years in a supervisory role in a customer-facing environment.
  • Enjoy active sales involvement and team engagement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, POS).
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
