Nambe' is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Store Manager at our new retail location in Inwood Village. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and foster a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily management and store operations.
- Support the Store Manager in training and mentoring sales associates.
- Contribute to sales strategies to meet financial goals.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Engage with customers to provide a seamless shopping experience.
- Analyze sales data for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience (highly preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer service expertise.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in home decor and current design trends.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
