Role Purpose

Responsible for managing and supervising store areas, following policies related to Customers, Associates, and Merchandising. Leads all store operations in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure standards and best practices are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead company best practices, maximize productivity, and analyze store reports for performance and expense control.
• Ensure proper scheduling, compliance with regulations, safety, and store cleanliness.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff; manage expenses and monitor safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service, represent the company brand, and oversee merchandise presentation and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; fluency in English; basic math skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and use store equipment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct supervision of all non-exempt store associates.
