We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager who leads by example and enjoys coaching teams to perform at their best.

Position Overview

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, develop team members, maintain compliance, and create an outstanding customer experience. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the floor while helping build a high-performing retail team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations
• Coach and develop budtenders
• Help achieve sales and performance goals
• Support inventory management and product merchandising
• Ensure compliance with all Colorado cannabis regulations
• Assist with scheduling and labor management
• Open and close the store as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience
• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with inventory management is a plus
• Cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain all required Colorado cannabis occupational licenses
