Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional Rally House retail experience. Responsibilities include customer service, visual merchandising, receiving and inventory management, payroll, and controlling operational expenses to meet store goals. They coach and develop team members, oversee daily tasks, and ensure the store operates smoothly. The role involves interacting with guests, managing team productivity, and maintaining an enthusiastic, detail-oriented attitude. Ideal candidates are sports fans with aspirations to move into management roles.

Responsibilities
