Job summary

Edikted, a growing fashion brand, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help open our new store at The Oakbrook Mall in Illinois. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and deliver an engaging customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of retail leadership, a passion for fashion, and a readiness to step in as a leader when the Store Manager is away.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong fashion and customer-service passion.
• Detail-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 20 lbs and moving around the store.
• Flexible with evenings and weekends and dynamic retail schedule.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity of retail systems and operational tools.
