Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Chandler area to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and support mission. The role focuses on team leadership, customer service, inventory control, and community engagement.

You will supervise store associates, manage schedules, coordinate with support departments, and act as a key holder. A background in retail management and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

## Assistant Store ManagerApply: Queen Creek Store (Alma School & Queen Creek): Full time: Posted Today: R222302880 S Alma School Rd Chandler Arizona, 85286, [phone]Starting Pay :$47,000.00 AnnualThis position is eligible for a monthly performance bonus of up to $1,000 based on performance goals.Position Description**:** Leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities to help fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment. Assists with leading production room as appropriate.
