Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school preferred.
• Experience or willingness to learn about the automotive aftermarket or DIY world.
• Passion for customer care and building relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Preferred: Automotive industry background, ASE Certifications, NAPA Know How, or related experience.
